About
Mission Statement
My goal is to treat each client as I would want every member of my family to be treated during a real estate transaction. Provide the best information available and help clients to use that information to make the best decisions for now and for their future and to always have the dignity and integrity to walk away from a real estate transaction when it is the right decision.
- Guide each client through the real estate process step by step.
- Demonstrate patience and kindness and professionalism with all parties.
- Help clients to decide when it is the best time to buy or sell and just as important, helping them to know when it is not.
- Provide my clients with comprehensive information and expert advice.
- Uphold the highest level of professional and ethical standards.
- Mentor and support other Real Estate Professionals.
About Michelle
It is my love of real estate, homes, and the desire to help others that keeps me at the office long after most of my fellow agents have gone home. A Realtor since 2000, I specialize in the listing and sale of residential properties. I work closely with my clients to meet their home buying and selling expectations. I am dedicated to each client and each transaction and am respected among my clients and my peers for acting with honesty and integrity in real estate and in life. I believe strongly in community service. A long time Red Cross volunteer; I donate my time as a local disaster action team member at disasters such as house fires and floods and have traveled across the US in response to large disasters such as The Mendocino Complex Fire of 2018 and Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The flexibility of Real Estate is uniquely suited to helping others find shelter in a time of crisis. When not hosting open houses and researching property values I can be found running and hiking the beautiful trails of our Northern California parks. – Michelle Romero

Designations
Designations are the mark of an agent who has gone above beyond the minimum hours of class time required to obtain and maintain their license. Designees show that they want to be better agents and want to invest in their future by investing time and money to learn more and do more than the average agent. To earn a designation an agent must attend accredited classes and pay an annual membership to each association. There are also ongoing classes or webinars required to keep and use those designation. The added benefits are a referral network of experienced agents and the respect of licensees industrywide.
